What are Garden Essentials?
Garden Essentials are accessories designed to support your personal gardening rituals. Items may include small tools and lifestyle accessories intended for adult use. Colors and styles may vary.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During launches or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 14 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Where do you ship?
Currently, FLWR Pot Box ships within the United States only. We hope to expand shipping options in the future.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact hi@flwrpotbox.co within 3 days of delivery and include your order number and photos so we can help resolve the issue.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
Are your products handmade?
Many FLWR Pot Box products are created in small batches, so slight variations in scent, color, or appearance may occur. These differences make each item unique.
When will new products be released?
New FLWR Pot Box items are released throughout the year as we continue expanding our world of intentional living.
