Exchanges & Store Credit

Order Cancellations
FLWR Pot Box reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion. If your order is canceled, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will assess the issue and may provide a replacement or store credit.
