Processing & Shipping Times Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Carrier & Estimated Delivery We ship exclusively via USPS. Estimated delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method:

Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.
Shipping Restrictions At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages Flower Pot Box, LLC DBA FLWR Pot Box is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact USPS directly to file a claim. If you need further assistance, reach out to us at hi@flwrpotbox.co.
Incorrect Shipping Address Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. FLWR Pot Box is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
